The search box is always at the top of the landing page window. Type a word, or two words separated by AND or OR and the search engine returns a list of items.

The “Advance Search” notice explains the terms and shows working examples of different types of Boolean search.

Searches can be specific within the title only, or include the whole site. You can use the latter option to search on a country or a material of construction for example.

The output from the search can be viewed either as a list or a grid.

It can also be ordered according to various parameters such as the date listed, the age of the object, the title as well as its merit, size and weight.
