A good tortoise shell etui with bands of silver trim on the top and the bottom of the case.

The top of the lid has a sterling silver cartouche without engraving.  The hinge lid and catch are all in very good condition and the lid closes tightly. The two matching tortoise shell lancets are  marked “Hunter”.
