Anatomical Model Heart in Gypsum

An early 20th century anatomical model heart made from gypsum and wood. This is hand painted and externally shows the major vessels arising and the coronary arteries.

Internally it show the four chambers of the heart with their valves and other internal structures and the great vessels which arise from them. It dissembles into five constituent parts which interconnect through brass tubes and studs.
