A two piece monaural stethoscope made from fruitwood.

The stethoscope detaches into two parts which can be screwed together. The earpiece has a bulbous projection through which the stem can be accommodated horizontally to aid portability. The earpiece and distal stem are make from ebonised fruitwood which gives an attractive two tone appearance.
