A good pair of antique solid unmarked silver ear tubes. These tubes were intended to be used for patient with narrow or obstructed ear canals although quite how effective they would have been is open to speculation.

They are housed in an oblong fitted case lined with red silk and velvet which closes tightly with a brass catch
