A three way Nelson’s vaginal speculum. The two smaller blades nestle in the larger inferior blade and when the handle is gripped they expand against the anterior vaginal wall.

Marked “Blank Pat 02.11.02” and with a trade mark of an ampersand enclosing the letters P and S. The plating is in excellent condition throughout.
