A good 18th century pewter bleeding bowl with graduated markings from 2 to 16 fl oz on the inside so as to measure the amount of blood taken.

The bowl has been well used and it will have seen many bleedings and no doubt could tell us a good few stories. It measures 13 cm in diameter.
