A phonendoscope by Bazzi & Bianchi patented in 1894 and distributed in America by Pilling and Son Philadelphia.
The stethoscope come complete with the second diaphragm with intercostal attachment, tubing, glass earpieces and original container. The attachment was designed to be placed in the intercostal space so as to facilitate transmission of breath and heart sounds.
