A fine late 19th century matching set of 9 green ribbed ‘lug’ apothecary bottles, 7 With narrow and two with wide necks. They have their original gold leaf labels with black print on a red background behind glass.
All the bottles labels and removable stoppers are in excellent condition with one or two bubbles in keeping with glass manufacturing of the time. It is hard to imagine that these are over 100 years old.
