A beautiful solid silver lancet case hallmarked from 1825 and initialed “GS” by the London silversmith George Smith.

The case is ornately carved and in excellent condition, the hinge is sound and the latch closes firmly. Containing six tortoise shell thumb lancets in good condition by various makers. A museum quality piece.
