A quality black enameled 19th century metal ear trumpet (17 cm high) signed by the Swiss maker ‘Stille’.

Judging from the underlying color of these areas, the convoluted section is made from tin and the connecting tube and ear piece itself is made from brass with a black lacquered finish.
